Method
- Warm milk in a small pan on low heat. Do not boil aggressively.
- Add turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and ginger if using.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring slowly.
- Turn off heat and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in raw honey after the drink is warm, not boiling hot.
- Serve immediately in cups with a light cinnamon garnish.
